Bio
Rob Swalley has been a staple of the New England music scene since he came to Boston to attend the Berklee College of Music. After graduating Berklee he went on to run Eastern Front Records through the 90's and then founded the startup Internet Radio station, RadioBoston.com in 1999 with his business partner Jerry Potts. Since then he has focussed on live music both as a sound engineer and musician with hundreds of gigs under his belt.
From 2003 until 2013 he played with the Southern Rock / Jam band, The Hootchies (currently known as Northern Fried Revival). From 2013 until early 2020 he played with the modern country band, Backyard Swagger.
After playing and singing in bands for the last 20 years, Rob is finally ready to embark on a new musical adventure as a Solo Acoustic Musician. Rob performs a unique mix of classic rock, yacht rock, country and even current pop hits that guarantees to have something for everyone.
